Return/Exchange Policy

Returns/Exchanges - Policy is Strictly Enforced... NO EXCEPTIONS.

We happily accept unworn, unwashed, stain/odor free merchandise within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. 

ALL ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

Please finalize all exchange requests prior to submitting your return. 

Kliq Collection does not cover exchanges for International orders. The return cost shall be incurred at your own expense via carrier of your choice.

Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of the exchange process.

If your choice of exchange is unavailable you will be issued a credit to use and this store credit does not expire.

ANY ITEMS SENT BACK WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION  WILL IMMEDIATELY BE SENT BACK TO CUSTOMER!!

Merchandise must be returned within 7 calendar days. Once your return is approved, please ship back your items within 5 calendar days of receiving your return label. We will not honor any exchanges or store credit if your return exceeds this timeframe.  

Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Unworn items must be returned in original packaging- with hygiene liner still attached, Kliq Collection hang tags, and garment bag.

We ‘Kliq Collection’ reserve the right to refuse returns & not honor refunds or exchanges on items that have been worn, stained/soiled, laundered or altered in any way.

This includes such marks as bodily fluids, deodorant stains & removed/tampered with liners. Legally we are able to refuse to refund a customer for hygiene related issues.

If garment bags are not returned there is a $10 fee deducted from your store credit.

CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER

If an order needs to be canceled, please reach out to us immediately with the specific reasoning the order needs to be canceled.

To make any changes to an order, please contact us within 2-4 hours of the order being placed or you will have to go through the exchange process after receiving your order.

Changes are not allowed during sale periods. Please be sure to double check your order before proceeding to checkout. 

We do not offer price adjustments. 

The price shown on the website at the time of purchase is the final purchase price, no exceptions. If the price of an item has changed since you purchased that item(s), the new prices are not able to be transferred to any previous orders.

Coupon codes + promo codes are only valid on full priced items.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS 

If you have received damaged or incorrect items, please be sure to contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. (info@kliqcollection.com)

Please include name, order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and we will assist accordingly.

LOST PACKAGES

We ship via USPS, providing secure and easy trackable methods of shipping. For any lost or stolen packages, please contact our Kliq Collection Customer Service team and we will initiate a claim through the respective carrier on your behalf.

Once the carriers have hold of the package, we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.

We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

SALE ITEMS

Items marked "Sale" , "Final Sale" or discounted with a promo code are not eligible for Exchange or Store Credit. 

ONLY Full priced items are eligible for exchange or store credit.

We do not accept exchanges on SALE items, which means if the price is reduced from its regular price then it is considered a sale item. 

All sale items are final sale.

All sarongs are one size and are final sale.
